Can I connect water to a Garden Room

The simple answer is Yes you can! However, if you plan to connect water to a garden room to install a toilet, sink or shower it will then require to be added to the mains water and drainage system. Because of this, approval will almost always be required by way of a Building Warrant.

While the garden room itself may fall under ‘permitted development’, the addition of any sinks toilets or showers will always require approval to ensure sanitation and drainage systems meet with necessary regulations and safety standards.
