Terms of Business


Garden Rooms by Concept Ltd Terms and Conditions are laid out below. If you have any questions or require any

Definitions


In these Terms-


“Company” refers to Garden Rooms by Concept Ltd at the registered address of 24 Lochtyview Way, Thornton, Fife.
KY1 4BL


“Contract” refers to the contract between Customer and the Company for the sale and purchase of Goods, in
accordance with these Terms.


“Order” refers to the customer’s Order of said Goods.


“Price” refers to the agreed sale price of the Goods.


“Terms” refers to the standard terms of a sale, inclusive of any special terms agreed in writing between Customer
and the Company.


“Customer” refers to the individual or company named on the Order.

 

Goods


Goods will remain property of Garden Rooms by Concept Ltd until such time as payment is made in full. Garden
Rooms by Concept Ltd have the right to remove goods if the customer does not pay for the goods in full.

 

Prices


All prices detailed are given in good faith, and the Company reserves the right to alter any price after valid from date
of quote has expired.


Prices will state if ‘Installation’ is included or ‘Supply Only’ is relevant.


All pricing is detailed in pound sterling.

 

Warranties


Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty applies to parts failing within that time
frame. Wear and tear of the product is not covered by this warranty. Damage caused by incorrect maintenance or
lack thereof is not covered by this warranty.

 

Ordering


All payments must be made in advance of manufacturing commencing. Any variations in ordering must be
communicated with the Company in advance of manufacture beginning. The Company reserves the right to charge
the Customer incurred costs for amendments to an order once manufacture has already begun. The Company also
reserves the right to refuse to make amendments once manufacture has begun. The Company will make reasonable
endeavours to make any variations before manufacture commences, and to keep original delivery dates but this may
not always be possible.

 

Products


Any illustrations on the Company’s website or within literature are for Customer guidance only and not to scale or a
guarantee of exactness.

 

Payment Terms


40% deposit on all orders must be paid to confirm order.


Deposits are fully refundable for up to 14 days after payment. After this period the deposit is forfeited if the customer
cancels or fails to complete the transaction.


Remaining outstanding balance of 60% is due on competition.


Outstanding balance will be charged interest after 14 days at 4% above Barclays Bank plc base rate. Payment is
accepted via BACs and by most major cards.
