The Simplicity Xtra is an upgrade from the contemporary Simplicity Xtra veranda, transforming a modern open canopy into a fully enclosed high end glass room. The glass room upgrade creates a stylish and highly functional additional living space that seamlessly connects your home and garden.

Designed to deliver exceptional weather protection and versatility, the glass room allows you to enjoy your garden all-year round – shelterred from wind, rain and colder temperatures while still benefiting from natural light and open views. With optional Integrated LED lighting and Infrared heating, you can enjoy your outdoor space throughout the year, both by day and evening.

Manufactured from high quality extruded aluminium and powder coated these Glassroom’s are very low maintenance. No need for repainting throughout the life of the veranda, a simple clean and removal of any debris from the integral gutter is all that is needed.
